Jordan Boys Varsity Swimming

  • Overall Record: N/A
  • Conference Record: N/A

Tonight, we made history for Jordan High School.   We had our first ever state individual swim champions!  Alli Rich took 1st in State in the 100 Fly and Trent Oldham took first in State in the 100 Breaststroke.

Our girls finished 9th overall out of 22 teams, and our boys finished 7th overall! Not bad considering we only had 6 girls and 8 boys on our State teams!  Absolutely amazing.

In day two, the girls finished with 2 more school records: Alli Rich in the 200 Free, and Alli Rich in the 100 Free.  The girls also won 2 medals: Alli Rich taking 3rd place in the 200 Free and 1st place in the 100 Fly.

On day 2, the boys finished with 2 more school records:

  • 200 Medley Relay (Josue Quispe, Trent Oldham, Isaac Brockbank, and Robs Barton) and
  • Isaac Brockbank broke his own record from the night before in the 200 IM.

The boys also won 6 medals:

  • 2nd place in the Medley Relay (Josue Quispe, Trent Oldham, Isaac Brockbank, and Robs Barton),
  • Josue Quispe took 3rd place in the 100 Fly,
  • Isaac Brockbank took  6th place in the 100 Fly,
  • Robs Barton took 7th place in the 500 Free,
  • Josue Quispe took 2nd place in the 100 Back, and
  • Trent Oldham took 1st place in the 100 Breast!

Parents & Students,

See information below for an update on Winter Sports tryouts for Girls’ & Boys’ Basketball. Also, you will see information about Girls’ & Boys’ Wrestling practices beginning. If your student is part of the Drill, Swim, or Cheer team, please contact your coach about what time(s) practices will resume.

As of now, extracurricular activities are schedules to resume Tuesday, November 24. However, Governor Herbert will be issuing an update on Monday, November 23 which could push us back. Please stay tuned. Furthermore, it is possible that tryouts might not be able to happen until testing occurs. It is also possible that rehearsals and practices cannot resume until participants are tested. We just don’t know as of yet what this will look like. We are sending individuals to be trained on how to run the rapid testing. Participants have to be tested at the school and not with private facilities. Times & Dates will be updated as needed once we know more.

Parents, you must fill out Register My Athlete prior to basketball tryouts or the first practice for wrestling. Go to, or  for more detailed instructions – click here.
