IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY IS BASED ON PRIOR TERM GRADES. FOR FALL SPORTS, THAT’S LAST TERM OF 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR.

GPA MUST BE AT OR ABOVE 2.0 WITH NO MORE THAN 1 F. (NG, NC, AND INCOMPLETE COUNT AS F)

Physical Form A is required to be on file with the school and must be signed by students, parents, and doctor. Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of doctor’s signature. Physicals can be turned in at the Main Office or uploaded through RegisterMyAthlete (RMA)

A student is not eligible to participate in a game until the physical has been turned in and contains all required signatures.

A copy of Physical Form A is available as part of the registration process.

Participation Fees will be required before a student is considered eligible to participate in a game. That means your student will not show as “Ready for Tryout” until the fee has been paid. HOWEVER, please do NOT pay the fee until your student has made the team. The sports that have tryouts are: soccer, volleyball, tennis, golf, drill, cheer, basketball, baseball, and softball.
